Pricing for the median home in Golden Valley increased during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Golden Valley rose by $52,760 while total sales increased by 55.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 154 homes sold, with a median sale price of $440,000 - a 13.6 percent increase over the $387,240 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in Golden Valley in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Golden Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,869, approximately 1.1 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
