What happened to the median home price in Rogers during the first half of 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Rogers rose by $33,600 while total sales increased by 73.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $443,600 - an 8.2 percent increase over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Rogers in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Rogers for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,373, approximately one percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
