First half of 2022: Plymouth experienced a 7.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Plymouth rose by $33,925 while total sales increased by 65.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 444 homes sold, with a median sale price of $463,925 - a 7.9 percent increase over the $430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 269 homes sold in Plymouth in the first half of 2021.
