Medina home prices fell in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Medina fell by $28,500 while total sales increased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $770,000 - a 3.6 percent decrease from the $798,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Medina in the first half of 2021.
