Brooklyn Center home prices rose in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Brooklyn Center rose by $19,000 while total sales increased by 31.9 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 124 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 7.3 percent increase over the $261,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Brooklyn Center in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Brooklyn Center for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,131, approximately 1.1 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
