Q2: Home prices in Osseo fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Osseo fell by $9,100 while total sales decreased by 60 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $291,500 - a three percent decrease from the $300,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Osseo in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Osseo for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,266, approximately 1.1 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
