Rogers home prices rose in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Rogers rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 69.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 9.8 percent increase over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Rogers in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Rogers for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,373, approximately one percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
