Q2: Corcoran experienced a 3.5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Corcoran fell by $19,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 18 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $530,000 - a 3.5 percent decrease from the $549,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Corcoran in the second quarter of 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Corcoran for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,659, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
