How did home prices perform in Hanover during Q2?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Hanover rose by $307,100 while total sales increased by 166.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $696,000 - a 79 percent increase over the $388,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Hanover in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Hanover for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,166, approximately 0.7 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
