Pricing for the median home in Maple Grove increased during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Maple Grove rose by $38,250 while total sales increased by 1.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $408,000 - a 10.3 percent increase over the $369,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Maple Grove in May 2021.

The median sales tax in Maple Grove for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,926, approximately one percent of the median home sale price for May.
