May: Rogers experienced a 9.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Rogers rose by $41,250 while total sales increased by 30 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $457,450 - a 9.9 percent increase over the $416,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Rogers in May 2021.

The median sales tax in Rogers for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,373, approximately one percent of the median home sale price for May.
