What happened to the median home price in Brooklyn Center during April?

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Brooklyn Center rose by $24,000 while total sales increased by 44.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 9.6 percent increase over the $251,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Brooklyn Center in April 2021.
