Rising home prices in New Hope in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in New Hope rose by $22,000 while total sales increased by 53.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,000 - a 6.9 percent increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in New Hope in April 2021.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,840, approximately 1.1 percent of the median home sale price for April.
