April: Rogers experienced a 30.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Rogers rose by $108,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 10 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $458,000 - a 30.9 percent increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Rogers in April 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Rogers for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,373, approximately 1 percent of the median home sale price for April.
