Of the 30,755 people living in Brooklyn Center in 2020, 51.3 percent (15,764) were women and 48.7 percent (14,991) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Hennepin News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 72. In the 65 and over age range, there were 2,017 females and 1,512 males.
