Of the 475 people living in Medicine Lake in 2020, 45.3 percent (215) were women and 54.7 percent (260) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Hennepin News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 15. In the 65 and over age range, there were 35 females and 58 males.
