Brookyln Center Community School issued the following announcement on March 23.
Six Brooklyn Center High School STEAM students were named recipients of Act Six full-tuition scholarships for the fall of 2022!
Act Six is a leadership development and college scholarship program that brings together multicultural cohorts of emerging leaders who want to use their college education to make a difference on campus and in their communities at home. Act Six is the only full-tuition, four-year leadership scholarship in Minnesota and partners with six local colleges and universities.
This year’s recipients include:
- Lee'Rayvone Gibson, Psychology Major - Augsburg University
- Egan Moua, Computer Science Major - Augsburg University
- Aliza Lee, Nursing Major - Concordia University
- Gracia Lumppio, English Major with an emphasis in creative writing - Bethel University
- Jasmine Lee, Psychology Major - North Central University
- Samdi Williams, Pre Medicine - North Central University
