Home prices increased in New Hope during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in New Hope rose by $19,450 while total sales increased by 115.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 140 homes sold, with a median sale price of $319,450 - a 6.5% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in New Hope in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,840, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
