The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Rogers rose by $44,850 while total sales increased by 158.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 12.6% increase over the $355,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Rogers in the fourth quarter of 2020.
