New Hope home prices rose in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in New Hope rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 10% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in New Hope in October 2020.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,840, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
