August 2021: Home prices in Wayzata increased

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Wayzata rose by $57,500 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $725,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $667,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Wayzata in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Wayzata for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,696, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
