Pricing for the median home in Dayton increased during July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Dayton rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 11.9% increase over the $272,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Dayton in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Dayton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,498, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
