Pricing for the median home in Osseo increased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Osseo rose by $16,475 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,250 - a 6.1% increase over the $268,775 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Osseo in the first half of 2020.
