City of Champlin issued the following announcement on Dec. 19.
A City-wide water meter replacement changeout program has started and will be completed in 2021. During the 12-month project approximately 7,800 residential, commercial and irrigation water meters and radios will be replaced. The changeout will be performed by Midwest Testing, a local professional meter installation contractor. You will receive a letter from the City of Champlin and/or Midwest Testing two to three weeks before installers will be in your neighborhood. The letter will include instructions on how to schedule an appointment for your meter installation.
