Dayton home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Dayton rose by $2,243,300 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,518,300 - a 815.7% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Dayton in October 2019.
