New Hope home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in New Hope rose by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 82.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 10.3% increase over the $272,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in New Hope in October 2019.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,840, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
