Dayton home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Dayton rose by $43,500 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $388,500 - a 12.6% increase over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Dayton in September 2019.

The median sales tax in Dayton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,498, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for September 2020.
