New Hope home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in New Hope rose by $15,850 while total sales decreased by 64.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,750 - a 6.1% increase over the $259,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in New Hope in September 2019.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,840, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for September 2020.
