Bloomington issued the following announcement on Sept. 25
The Bloomington City Council will hold a public hearing on October 5, 2020, 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, or by electronic means as provided by state law to consider the adoption of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund Bonds of 2020, Series 54, in an amount not to exceed $6,500,000, the proceeds of which will finance construction of local improvements currently or soon to be under contract.
As permitted by state law and due to the global COVID-19 health pandemic, this public meeting will be held electronically.
