Maple Grove home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Maple Grove rose by $82,200 while total sales decreased by 65.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $407,200 - a 25.3% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 141 homes sold in Maple Grove in August 2019.

The median sales tax in Maple Grove for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,926, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
