City of Champlin issued the following announcement on Aug. 13.
Absentee ballots for the November 3rd General Election will be available beginning Friday, September 18th. Get your name in the queue and submit your application today to have your ballot mailed when they are available using the “absentee voting” process. Applications can be completed online at https://www.sos.state.mn.us/elections-voting/other-ways-to-vote/vote-early-by-mail/
