Medina home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Medina fell by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $600,000 - a 7% decrease over the $645,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Medina in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Medina for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,289, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
