Crystal home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Crystal rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 32.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 136 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 202 homes sold in Crystal in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Crystal for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,264, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
