Rogers home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Rogers rose by $75,000 while total sales decreased by 58.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 23.4% increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Rogers in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Rogers for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,373, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
