Champlin home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Champlin rose by $6,250 while total sales decreased by 76.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 2.3% increase over the $268,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Champlin in May 2019.
