Plymouth home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Plymouth fell by $2,550 while total sales increased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 118 homes sold, with a median sale price of $347,450 - a 0.7% decrease over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 108 homes sold in Plymouth in August 2017.
