Rogers home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Rogers rose by $42,850 while total sales increased by 86.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,850 - a 14.3% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Rogers in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Rogers for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,610, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
