Champlin home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Champlin rose by $14,050 while total sales decreased by 2.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 6% increase over the $235,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Champlin in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Champlin for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,398, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
