Dayton home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Dayton rose by $33,685 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,250 - a 10.2% increase over the $331,565 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Dayton in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Dayton for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,868, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
