New Hope home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in New Hope fell by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 24%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 18% decrease over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in New Hope in September 2017.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,986, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
