Plymouth home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Plymouth rose by $44,875 while total sales increased by 56.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 114 homes sold, with a median sale price of $359,875 - a 14.2% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Plymouth in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Plymouth for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,046, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
