Dayton home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Dayton rose by $4,825 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $266,875 - a 1.8% increase over the $262,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Dayton in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Dayton for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,868, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
