Champlin home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Champlin rose by $11,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $258,000 - a 4.5% increase over the $247,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Champlin in October 2017.
