Wayzata home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Wayzata rose by $1,071,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,840,000 - a 139.3% increase over the $769,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Wayzata in November 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Wayzata for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $6,115, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
