Dayton home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Dayton fell by $111,380 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $273,900 - a 28.9% decrease over the $385,280 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Dayton in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Dayton for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,868, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
