New Hope home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in New Hope rose by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $217,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in New Hope in December 2017.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,986, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for December 2018.
