Dayton home prices fall in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Dayton fell by $226,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $233,500 - a 49.2% decrease over the $460,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Dayton in December 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Dayton for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,868, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for December 2018.
