New Hope home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in New Hope rose by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 31.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 10.9% increase over the $216,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in New Hope in January 2018.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,986, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
