Wayzata home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Wayzata rose by $92,071 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $848,000 - a 12.2% increase over the $755,930 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Wayzata in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Wayzata for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $6,115, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
