Plymouth home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Plymouth fell by $3,775 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $362,900 - a 1% decrease over the $366,675 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Plymouth in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Plymouth for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,046, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
